The video details building an online community for the disabled to share information by using the cloud.  The main benefit of the plan is to provide a way to share local disability-related information divided by the state, county and city levels.  Another benefit is the development of community socialization - members feel that they aren't alone.  For groups that work for the benefit of the disabled internationally, the site provides awareness of other work in process that may complement a group's mission in their specific community.
